Fairfield Inn & Suites Detroit Livonia

Stayed her last minute due to area power outage; made reservation on line. Hotel is less than 1/2 hour from home, but it had heat and we were happy! The ladies at the front desk were amazing, considering the crazieness of the moment. I was concerned at first about the huge number of kids there to use the pool, but am happy to say our room was pretty quiet. King room was tiny and sparse, but had what we needed. No frills, that's for sure!

It was a little difficult to fine and as of August 2021 the interstate construction makes it more difficult. The staff are super nice and friendly and very accommodating. As of this time they are still handing out breakfast in a sack with one warm breakfast croissant/bagel and juice in a mini cooler. There are a huge variety of restaurants close by but beware that some have limited days and hours.

Very very very clean everywhere, large room size, and an excellent breakfast. SUPER nice staff too — everyone I met was great!

Ashley and Belen at front desk were top notch. Really made us feel at home
